This is a 4 bedroom house plan.The open layout extends over 2 stories at the entrance crowned with a magnificent 3.5 meter high arched door.
A covered porte-cochere ensures that you can drive all the way up to the entrance of the house without ever getting wet. The house is designed for a sloping plot with a basement on the lower end which has a gym, spa, staff bedroom, laundry and 2 stores.
The kitchen is connected to a winder garden which opens up fully to becomes an inside-outside space during the warm seasons. An infinity pool with a glass edge with a fruit garden make up the bulk of the expansive elevated terrace.
