5-bedroom duplex house design

It is design to have the quest room and the boy’s quarter at the ground floor while the remaining four rooms are located at the first floor. it can easily be modified to a 6-bedroom duplex house plan if you desire a 6-bedroom duplex house design concept.

As you approach the entrance porch, the first point you enter is the ante room and from this point you can access the visitor toilet, the central lobby and the main lounge area.

The main lounge and dinning area are separated with an open beam, from the dinning you can access a lobby that will connect you to the quest room, the kitchen, the laundry or the stair way. The kitchen is very big and has a small store area with a veranda for others utility activities.

The boy’s quarter can be access from the main apartment except through the right-hand side of the apartment, it is design as a self-contained dwelling unit.

At the first floor you have the family lounge and four big rooms all with toilets and bathrooms just like the once at the ground floor but bigger than the rooms at the ground floor area.

The master and the madam bedroom are located at the front area and have access to the front balcony, the remaining two rooms are located at the rear section and equally have their own balcony.
