Building it as single detached type house, the setback in each side is designed to be 1.5 meters, rear at 2 meters and front at 2 meters.
The clean and light color scheme for this house makes it more simple yet still elegant when seen at the front. With metal type long span galvanized iron roofing and bordered with Spanish gutter makes up the roofing. Walls are mostly white painted and brick wall accents below the window level.
The ground floor consist of the open garage, porch, living room, combined dining and kitchen, two bedrooms, common bathroom and service area.
