Welcome to Ebhosworks. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website www.ebhosworks.com.ng and all architectural, construction, renovation, and related services (“Services”) we provide.

By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Services

Ebhosworks offers:

Architectural design (bungalows, duplexes, mansions, modern/traditional homes).
Construction, renovation, and civil/structural works.
Consultancy and supervision services.
Supply and installation of building materials and finishing solutions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

A project contract is formed when you accept our written quotation/proposal and make the required deposit.
Verbal promises are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
These Terms apply alongside any project-specific agreements signed with clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of your project, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your site, approvals, and permits.
Grant us access to the project site and make utilities (electricity, water, security) available.
Make timely payments as agreed in the contract.
Avoid unauthorized changes or interference with ongoing works.

4. Payments

A non-refundable deposit / mobilization fee is required before commencement.
Payments are made in agreed stages (milestones).
Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of work.
The final balance is due upon completion of works.

5. Variations & Delays

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed in writing.
Changes may affect cost and delivery timelines.
Delays caused by force majeure (e.g. weather, strikes, government regulations) or client actions may lead to extensions of time.

6. Warranties & Liability

We warrant our work against defects for a 12-month defect liability period after completion (unless otherwise agreed).
This excludes damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or alterations without our approval.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption or loss of profit.

7. Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, and technical documents remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
You are granted a license to use the designs solely for your approved project.
You may not resell, copy, or reuse our designs without permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party commits a material breach and fails to correct it within a reasonable period.

If terminated by you, you must pay for all work completed and materials purchased up to the date of termination.
If terminated due to non-payment or breach by the client, Ebhosworks reserves the right to stop work immediately.

9. Dispute Resolution

We encourage amicable settlement of disputes.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under Nigerian law.
The governing law of these Terms is the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all project information as confidential. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Website Use

The content on our website (text, images, designs) is owned by Ebhosworks.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior permission.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from ours.

12. Updates to Terms

Ebhosworks may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the changes.
